WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm • Saturday 8:30am – 12:30pm

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I RESERVE MY RENTALS?

Rentals are based on availability at time of order confirmation. We encourage getting your reservation in early to guarantee availability.

WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE TO BOOK AN ORDER?

To confirm an order, we require your contact information, a signed contract (Electronic Signature available) and a non-refundable deposit. The deposit is 50% of your order total and is applied towards your final balance. This payment can be made by credit card, cash or check.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY RENTALS?

We accept cash, check, debit, and all major credit cards.

DO YOU REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE TO RENT?

No. We do not require a card on file.

WHEN IS MY FINAL BALANCE DUE?

All final balances are due two weeks before your event.

DO YOU OFFER PACKAGE DEALS?

No. All of our items are priced individually. This allows each event to be unique.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

No.  To be fair across the board to all of our clients, we do not offer discounts.

TUXEDO RENTAL

WHEN WILL MY TUXEDO ARRIVE BEFORE MY EVENT?

Tuxedos usually arrive the Tuesday before your event. We will give you a call as soon as we receive them in the store.

DO I HAVE TO COME IN AND TRY MY TUXEDO ON, OR CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK IT UP?

We prefer that you come and try on your tuxedo and allow us to see the fit. We do not guarantee fit for tuxedos that are not tried on in the store.

PARTY & EVENT RENTALS

DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes, we do offer delivery on orders over $100.00. Delivery will be set the week of your event based on weather and workload.

IS SETUP AND DELIVERY INCLUDED IN THE TENT RENTAL PRICE?

Setup and take down of tent, dance floor, and stage are included in the rental price, but delivery is an additional fee. This is because delivery rates vary based on location. Setup of tables and chairs is available for an additional fee.

CAN I HAVE SOMEONE ELSE PICKUP MY ORDER?

Either you or someone else can pick up your order. They will need to know what name it is booked under and settle any remaining balance owed on the account.

WHAT IF I NEED MY ITEMS PICKE UP AT A SPECIFIC TIME?

We can arrange for time specific deliveries and pickups. We do charge extra for this as we will be arranging our other deliveries around your event. Please contact us for a quote.

IF MY EVENT IS ON A SATURDAY, HOW DOES PICKUP AND RETURN WORK?

You can pick up your rental order on Friday between 11am-5pm and return on Monday before 9am. This is considered a one-day rate.

I DIDN'T USE ALL OF MY ITEMS; WILL I GET A REFUND?

Rental items are charged for time out, not for use. Every item that leaves our building is treated the same way upon return, used or not. This ensures that every item you receive is clean and ready to use.

TOOL & EQUIPMENT RENTALS

HOW DOES THE TOOL RENTAL WORK?

We rent tools for a 4-hour rate and a 24-hour rate. The minimum rental is 4 hours.

CAN I GET THE 4-HOUR RATE OVERNIGHT?

No. The 4-hour rate is for 4 consecutive business hours.

DO YOU HAVE A WEEKEND SPECIAL ON TOOLS?

Yes. You can pick up the tool anytime Saturday between 8:30am-12:30pm and return Monday by 9am for a one-day rate.

CAN I DROP RENTAL ITEMS OFF WHEN THE STORE IS CLOSED?

No. To protect our customers, all items must be inspected at check in and can not be left unsecured.
